Requirements

High school diploma (or equivalent) and at least a year of customer service or sales experience.
Communicate naturally, listen actively, and genuinely care about helping others.
Are confident with technology (PC and Phone technologies) and thrive in a team environment.
Bring positive energy, professionalism, and heart to every interaction.
You don’t need insurance experience — just a passion for people and a willingness to learn.

Nice To Haves

One or more years of sales or customer service experience preferred

Responsibilities

Connect with potential customers by phone (inbound and outbound).
Educate and guide people through Physicians Mutual’s trusted insurance solutions.
Work hand-in-hand with our Licensed Telesales Agents to ensure every customer feels cared for.
Support marketing campaigns and follow up with warm leads — no high-pressure selling.
Use modern tools (ACD, Predictive Dialer, IHP) to make your job efficient and enjoyable.
Build lasting relationships and be a trusted voice for customers who need clarity and care.
