Requirements

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Two (2) years of inside sales/telemarketing experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
• Knowledge of inside sales and telemarketing.
• Knowledge of organizations' products and services.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• PC literate, including Microsoft Office products.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Ability to meet or exceed Performance Competencies.

Responsibilities

• Initiates sales calls to potential customers or leads to cultivate new business.
• Works assigned prospects to promote and sell products and/or services, i.e. enrollment into workers' compensation programs.
• Follows established procedures and guidelines; may require deviation from standard screens, scripts and procedures based on leads.
• Contacts targeted state workers' compensation policy holders to gain permission to review for client workers' compensation program.
• Negotiates fees within limits of authority and specified parameters.
• Supports overall sales and marketing initiatives of the organization.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Supports the organization's quality program(s).
