Manage the remote telesales call center that is responsible for selling our product - MediGold Advantage insurance plan in Ohio, Idaho, Iowa, New York and Michigan. This role includes working closely with our third-party call center, our field managers and other departments as needed. Why MediGold? Position Purpose: Manager of Sales develops and implements all sales strategies and tactics designed to achieve monthly and annual sales goals. This position must motivate and manage insurance sales agents and other resources that support retail and group sales strategies. To be effective in this position, the Manager of Sales must effectively interpret, analyze and respond to sales and market statistics to best maximize sales initiatives, staff and outcomes.
