About The Position

Community Sports Partners is one of the largest and fastest-growing private youth sports operators in the GTA. We are dedicated to providing fun, engaging experiences that create lasting memories for the youth and families in our communities! We are seeking a driven Telesales Agent to join our sales team. This is a full-time, in-office role focused on building relationships, creating opportunities, and closing deals. Requirements

• Strong experience and successes in Sales
• Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills
• Strong Communication and people skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a sales team

Nice To Haves

• Fluency in Spanish is a bonus

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a pipeline of potential customers
• Connect with customers and close deals
• Utilize CRM tools to track interactions and update lead information accurately
