About The Position

As an RN Case Manager, you will provide comprehensive case management services for TRICARE beneficiaries who have multiple or complex conditions. This role requires a compassionate and dedicated approach to nursing, focusing on helping beneficiaries regain their optimum health or improve their functional capabilities. You will utilize your clinical knowledge, communication skills, and collaborative spirit to make a significant difference in the lives of those you serve.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Experience in case management or a related field.
• Strong clinical knowledge and assessment skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with healthcare teams.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with TRICARE or military healthcare systems.
• Certification in case management (CCM or ACM).
• Knowledge of community resources and support services.
