Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to type at least 20 words per minute
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Familiarity with Windows operating systems
• Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic
• Skilled in problem-solving, conflict resolution, and customer service
• Able to multitask and manage time effectively
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
• Team-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Make and receive calls in a professional and courteous manner
• Use training and tools to confidently answer questions and recommend products/services
• Understand customer needs and provide effective solutions
• Research and collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues
• Accurately manage customer accounts and document interactions
• Follow scripts, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance
• Handle sensitive information with care and confidentiality
• Escalate complex issues when necessary
• Stay up to date with training, system updates, and product knowledge
• Maintain excellent attendance and punctuality
