About The Position
This position requires an associate to operate a busy, fast-paced switchboard and handle stressful emergency situations while providing excellent customer service, discretion, and judgment. Requirements
- Ability to read and communicate in the English language
- High School graduate or equivalent required
- In-depth knowledge of PC, Windows 95-98, NT workstation, and Windows NT server administration
- Proficient in Word and Excel
- Ability to handle busy switchboard and emergency situations
- Customer service focus is necessary
