Regions Hospital is seeking an experienced customer service professional to work in our Switchboard department as a Telephone Operator. As point of contact, this role navigates all internal and external customer calls. This role works collaboratively to determine call destination, routes calls appropriately, and navigates other requests such as pager activation, transportation and ad hoc projects. This role also responds to all emergent calls and notifications in timely manner following proper hospital procedure. Work Schedule: 20 hours weekly 3P-11p Every other weekend
