About The Position
Under direct supervision, performs a variety of communication functions including, but not limited to, operating telephone/switchboard/paging systems, issuing paging equipment, clerical duties, and providing technical support. The role involves collaboration with other staff members both within and outside the department to accomplish job duties and assist others. The position emphasizes teamwork and serves as a role model.
