About The Position
The Telephone Operator works as part of the Benefits and Enrollment Section of the Business Office. The incumbent primarily provides telephone customer service to incoming and in-house calls; operates telephone system, records calls and issues pagers to staff; and makes announcements on an overhead intercom system.
