Requirements

  • High School Diploma or G.E.D.
  • Previous telephone operating and clerical experience a plus
  • Ability to remain calm and organized under stressful situations and fluctuating activity levels
  • Must be able to train on 2nd and 3rd shift full time for 3 weeks

Responsibilities

  • Answering incoming calls
  • Paging staff
  • Locating on-call staff
  • Facilitating communications during hospital emergencies
