We are hiring for Telephone Operator to support our East Center located in Portland, OR. While experience working on a switchboard or in a previous receptionist or administrative role would be great, the most important quality to have is a desire to take care of our patients and provide the best customer service you can. We do important work here at Compass, and we would love for you to be part of our team. Scope: Under direct supervision, is responsible for providing a full range of telephone switchboard duties, including triaging calls and relaying messages. Assists with clerical duties as required. Serves as a liaison between patients and medical staff. Supports and adheres to the US Oncology Compliance Program, to include the Code of Ethics and Business Standards.
