About The Position

Telephone Liaison The primary responsibility of the Telephone Liaison is to communicate with and assist agencies who are requesting information. This position supports the Case Processing Operation Center (CPOC) within our Defense and Intel Operating Group. Key Role/Responsibilities Answer phone calls received from the Governments’ customer agencies Verify all callers are authorized to request investigation information Adhere to strict agency contact communication guidelines to ensure we adhere to policies Follow disclosure guidelines Log all incoming calls to a tracking database Log, monitor and process fax/email/portal requests Remain up to date on all outlined procedure and process changes Communicate with appropriate sections to assist agencies as appropriate Enter actions in IES as appropriate per agency contact request Other assignments/projects as needed to support department, contract, or business needs. Basic Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalentDevelop and maintain a rapport with others on a team and on an individual basis to ensure work is meeting identified goals Must be able to interpret procedure manuals, email correspondence and instructions.Basic computer/office machine literacy (PIPS, Microsoft Office, fax, and copier) Collaborate with customers or other team members to improve team effectiveness Must have the ability to manage and complete multiple work assignments independently or with minimal supervision.Must be able to work flexible schedule. Schedules are dependent on workload and will require availability outside of department core hours, which may include evening and weekends. Must be willing to work on-site as needed. Must consent to a government background investigation. Contract requires US citizenship, due to nature of work performed. US Citizenship, due to nature of work performed and contract requirement Must pass a government background investigation Must reside within 1 hours driving time of Boyers, PA. Work will be performed on-site at Iron Mountain, Boyers, PA and remote. Work location will be determined based on job function/workload needs and leadership approval. Additional Qualifications: Must be able to work flexible schedule: ability to adjust to changing workload including overtime, Saturday, Sunday, and holiday hours. Experience working in the Government services industry is preferred Physical Requirements: Position requires the ability to sit for extended periods of time.Work is performed using company furnished GFE laptop with a soft phone or desktop.
