We participate in many national studies of cardiovascular treatment From time to time, patients may be offered the opportunity to participate in clinical trials As the only locally owned, not-for-profit health system in the area, Freeman focuses on meeting the health and wellness needs of those we serve as well as the needs of our employees. Responsibilities

• Implements page for physicians and designated employees as appropriate.
• Assist with appointment confirmation calls to patients at least 2 days prior to appointment.
• Processes all calls with respect, courtesy, accuracy, and in a confidential manner to help facilitate a more satisfying patient experience.
