About The Position

We’re looking for a Telepharmacy Support Specialist Supervisor to oversee daily Support team operations, manage scheduling, and help maintain service quality. This role combines leadership, communication, training support, and hands‑on staffing coverage (up to 60%). As part of Evernorth Health Services, this role supports CarepathRx within our Pharmacy and Care Delivery organization. Our team focuses on specialty pharmacy and infusion services in partnership with hospitals and health systems. If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.

Requirements

  • National Pharmacy Technician Certification + at least one active state license
  • Level II or higher
  • Ability to work 2nd/3rd shifts
  • Strong communication, organization, and independent work skills
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace or similar tools
  • Knowledge of HIPAA and company policies

  • experience in med rec, tech order entry, or PIS queue monitoring

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily Support staff workflow and performance
  • Create and manage monthly schedules; coordinate sick/vacation coverage
  • Serve as liaison between TSS staff and TSS Manager
  • Support training for new hires and existing staff
  • Communicate team needs, updates, and company initiatives
  • Assist with on‑call rotation and obtain multi‑state licenses as needed
  • Provide flexible availability, including emergency support
