Telemetry Technician Part-time Night
About The Position
Telemetry Technician at Providence Saint Johns Health Center in Santa Monica, CA. This position is Part-Time and will work 12-hour Night shifts. The Patient Administrative Associate/Monitor Technician (PAA/MT) provides clerical and administrative support, admitting activities, and insurance verification in the PCC/SDU units. In addition, the MT is responsible to observe the monitors, run and measure the telemetry strips, and report significant dysrhythmias to the nurse. Requirements
- Successful completion of basic Dysrhythmia or Basic EKG class within 90 days of hire.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
- 1 year - Working in a healthcare related setting/field.
