About The Position
Join our team as a Telemetry Technician and play a vital role in monitoring cardiac rhythms and supporting patient care. You will work closely with clinical staff to ensure accurate cardiac monitoring and timely communication of critical information.
Requirements
- High school graduate or GED required
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of hire.
- Completion of Cardiac Monitoring program OR CCT/CRAT certification OR 2 years related experience.
Nice To Haves
- Associate degree preferred.
- State of Michigan Paramedic license preferred.
Responsibilities
- Monitor cardiac rhythms and promptly report abnormalities.
- Operate telemetry equipment and maintain accurate documentation.
- Collaborate with nurses and physicians to support patient care.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Assist with troubleshooting telemetry systems as needed.
