Requirements

• One year of acute care experience preferred.
• Telemetry experience preferred.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Good verbal and written skills.
• Basic clerical, computer data entry and math skills.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) for HealthCare Providers certification required from American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Continually monitor patients on telemetry by interpreting and recording ECG rhythms and reporting pertinent changes to appropriate personnel.
• Ensure accuracy of reports and perform error reconciliation.
• Troubleshoot equipment problems and communicate needs to leader.
• Assume personal accountability for organizational mission and core values.
