We are seeking a dedicated and patient-focused Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. This role involves monitoring patients’ cardiac rhythms, providing direct patient care, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary healthcare team. Requirements
- Must Have: Med Surg Telemetry experience
- Meditech experience
- Active RN license in Louisiana

Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients requiring continuous cardiac monitoring and medical-surgical interventions.
- Monitor telemetry, recognize and respond to arrhythmias, and promptly communicate findings to the healthcare team.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring adherence to protocols and patient safety standards.
- Assist with procedures such as heart catheterizations and support post-procedure care.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatments, and discharge instructions.
- Float to other Med Surg Telemetry floors as needed to support patient care needs.
