About The Position

Atrium Health Lake Norman is seeking a Telemetry Registered Nurse to join our team. This full-time position offers a day shift schedule and a generous sign-on bonus of $15,000. As a Telemetry RN, you will be responsible for monitoring patients' vital signs and providing critical care in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest level of patient care and safety. This role requires strong clinical skills and the ability to respond quickly to changes in patient conditions.

Requirements

• Current RN license in North Carolina or compact state.
• BLS and ACLS certification required.
• Previous experience in telemetry or critical care nursing preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with electronic health record systems.
• Certification in telemetry nursing (CCTN) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor patients' vital signs and telemetry readings.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Educate patients and their families about health conditions and care plans.
• Document patient care and progress in electronic health records.
