About The Position

The Registered Nurse (RN) – Telemetry position involves delivering safe and effective care to patients requiring cardiac monitoring in a Telemetry setting. The RN will interpret and respond to EKG rhythm changes, escalating to providers as needed, and monitor patients with acute and chronic cardiac conditions, post-surgical cases, and complex comorbidities. Collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to develop and adjust individualized care plans is essential, along with maintaining accurate and timely documentation of assessments, interventions, and patient outcomes.

Requirements

• Current RN license (compact license accepted).
• At least 1 year of recent Telemetry, Stepdown, or Progressive Care experience preferred.
• BLS and ACLS required (or ability to obtain within 6 months).
• Strong assessment and critical-thinking skills.
