About The Position

As the heartbeat behind our ECG monitoring operations, you'll be the vigilant watcher—monitoring heart rhythms, catching the smallest blip on the screen, and ensuring our patients are in safe hands. You're the person who sees what others miss, sounding the alarm when it matters most. In other words, you’re the first line of defense for our patients’ hearts! You’ll work side-by-side with our amazing clinical staff—keeping them informed, logging data like a pro, and ensuring that every heart rhythm is accounted for. Your superpower? Spotting arrhythmias before they become emergencies and communicating like a champ!

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Completion of arrhythmia exam.
• Sharp attention to detail.
• Clear and confident communication skills.
• Ability to stay focused in a fast-paced, acute care environment.

Nice To Haves

• Previous hospital or acute care experience.
• Background in medical monitoring or ECG interpretation.
• Calm and collected presence in stressful situations.
