About The Position
Responsible and accountable for observation of EKG rhythms of patients on telemetry monitoring. The monitor technician will observe report and document any changes in the heart pattern of the patient. Responsible and accountable for various clerical duties.
Requirements
- High School graduate or equivalent.
- Completion of an approved basic EKG or advanced level recognition/interpretation course required.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in health care facility in a clerical position is preferred but not required.
