About The Position
We are a dynamic fintech company located in New York City, dedicated to providing hassle-free funding solutions to small businesses. Our mission is to streamline the lending process, ensuring minimal wait times for our clients. We are currently seeking a Telemarketing Sales Broker to join our team. This is an entry-level position, making it an excellent opportunity for college students or individuals looking to start their careers in sales and customer service. The role requires in-person attendance at our office located at 260 West 35th Street, New York, NY 10001. The working hours are Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, with a standard 8-hour shift. As a Telemarketing Sales Broker, you will be responsible for cold calling potential clients using a provided phone directory to sell our lending packages. You will utilize scripts to effectively communicate the services we offer and must possess excellent communication skills to engage with customers. Meeting sales quotas is a key aspect of this role, and you will be expected to go the extra mile to achieve your targets. While prior experience in telemarketing or a similar sales/customer service role is a plus, we welcome entry-level candidates who are eager to learn and grow within our company. We prioritize the health and safety of our employees, especially in light of the COVID-19 pandemic. Personal protective equipment will be provided, and we have implemented sanitizing and cleaning procedures in our workplace. This position does not offer paid training, but you will receive guidance and support from our key leaders. Please note that this is not a remote position; you will be required to work in person at our office.
