Responsible for engaging eligible individuals through outbound and inbound calls to educate them on Insurance plans, assess their needs, and complete enrollments. This role requires an active health insurance license and ability to comply with CMS compliance standards. Description Location: This position is full-time (40-hours/week) Monday-Friday in a call center office environment. You will work an 8-hour shift scheduled during our normal business hours of 8:00AM-5:00PM. It may be necessary, given the business need to work occasional overtime. You may be required to travel between buildings. This role is located at 4101 Percival Road, Columbia, SC 29229 What You Will Do: Places and answers (inbound and outbound) telephone calls from/to potential customers, Assists with decisions regarding plans and products. Follows up/through on leads provided. Generates letters to prospective customers. Processes applications and prepares marketing/information packets.
