About The Position
We are a locally owned supply company located in East Bethel, MN, seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our telemarketing sales team. Our team boasts over 100 years of combined sales experience, creating a vibrant and supportive work environment. The ideal candidate for the Inside Sales Representative position is someone who enjoys talking on the phone and thrives in a lively, energetic atmosphere. We welcome applicants with no prior experience, as we are committed to training the right individuals. Reliability and accountability are crucial, as we are investing in your growth and expect you to arrive at work on time. As a member of our sales team, you will have the potential to earn a substantial income. Many of our junior representatives make between $60,000 and $80,000 in their first year, with a shared goal of reaching a minimum of $115,000 by the end of year two. Our senior sales representatives earn six-figure incomes while working only 15-18 hours per week, typically within 7-16 months of becoming a senior representative. The compensation structure includes an hourly rate of $18, plus commission and bonuses, with first-year representatives averaging $33.89 per hour with commission. Our beautiful office is located in the northern suburbs of the Twin Cities, and this position requires in-person work.
