About The Position
Superior Water Quality is seeking a dedicated and energetic Appointment Setter who is fluent in both Spanish and English. This full-time position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a motivating environment and are passionate about providing excellent customer service. The primary responsibility of the Appointment Setter will be to handle inbound and outbound calls, focusing on setting appointments for our sales team with qualified prospects. This role does not involve cold calling, allowing you to engage with interested customers directly. As an Appointment Setter, you will be expected to stay organized and manage multiple tasks efficiently. You will need to be resourceful and quick on your feet, especially when it comes to overcoming objections during phone conversations. Your ability to maintain accurate records of calls and customer information will be crucial in ensuring the success of our sales efforts. The ideal candidate will possess a pleasant voice, excellent communication skills, and a positive attitude. You should be self-motivated and capable of working independently without the need for micromanagement. Persistence and resilience in the face of rejection are key traits for this role, as you will be gathering valuable information from each call to improve future interactions. This position offers a competitive salary range of $55,000 to $65,000 per year, along with commission opportunities.
