Telehealth Therapist (Onsite)
About The Position
This position is 100% onsite in Irvine. We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Therapist to join our corporate office team in Irvine, CA. This role will involve providing individual and group therapy via Zoom, with responsibilities including evaluating and diagnosing mental health disorders, creating treatment plans, and using therapeutic interventions to improve client well-being. Requirements
- Active certification: AMFT, APCC, ACSW
- Experience in biopsychosocial assessments and mental health diagnosis.
- Strong knowledge of DSM-5 and therapeutic modalities.
- Crisis intervention and therapeutic service experience.
- Proficiency in writing progress notes to meet insurance standards.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and critical thinking skills.
- Ethical practice and adherence to professional standards.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Responsibilities
- Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and formulate diagnostic impressions using DSM criteria.
- Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with clients.
- Provide individual counseling and facilitate group therapy sessions via Zoom.
- Complete treatment plans, discharge summaries, and other documents on time.
- Lead psychoeducational or support groups.
- Stay current on trends and participate in ongoing professional development.
- Provide crisis intervention when necessary and maintain required certifications.
