PRN Telehealth Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Lakeport Post Acute – Lakeport, CA $75+/hour Lakeport Post Acute is seeking a PRN Telehealth Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our exceptional interdisciplinary team. Requirements

  • Current California SLP license
  • Skilled nursing or post-acute experience strongly preferred
  • Comfortable with telehealth platforms and technology
  • Compassionate, professional, and resident-focused

  • CCC-SLP preferred

Responsibilities

  • Provide telehealth speech therapy services to skilled nursing residents
  • Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders
  • Collaborate with nursing, therapy, and interdisciplinary teams
  • Maintain timely and accurate documentation in compliance with regulations
