Requirements

• Licensed Physical Therapist with a Master’s or Doctorate in PT
• Minimum 3 years of clinical experience
• Multi-state licensure or Compact License (with ability to rapidly obtain new state licenses)
• Skilled across various diagnoses, age groups, and functional levels
• Proficient with digital tools and passionate about tech-enhanced care
• Comfortable managing a higher-volume remote caseload with strong organizational skills
• Equipped with a private home office, reliable internet, computer, and webcam

Nice To Haves

• Prior telehealth or remote patient monitoring experience
• Experience using data and analytics to drive treatment decisions
• Familiarity with VR or gamified therapy platforms (training provided)

Responsibilities

• Perform virtual assessments to determine patients’ appropriateness for at-home VR therapy
• Design customized therapy and remote monitoring plans using data-backed insights
• Provide ongoing clinical oversight, progress tracking, and plan adjustments based on analytics
• Conduct patient follow-ups, re-evaluations, and timely discharges with goal-driven outcomes
• Document and report progress per medical and facility guidelines
• Coordinate care with referring providers and create post-treatment recommendations
