About The Position

Telehealth Mental Health Therapist (LCPC, LMFT, LCSW) Position: Full-Time Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Work Setting: Telehealth Location: Montana Job Summary We are hiring a Licensed Mental Health Therapist to provide reliable, ongoing therapy to adults through a virtual care model. This role is centered on consistency. You will work with a defined caseload, clear expectations, and a schedule that supports focused clinical work without office-based interruptions. Requirements

• Active Montana LCPC, LMFT, LCSW license in good standing
• Master’s degree in Counseling or a related field
• Experience providing outpatient mental health therapy
• Strong written documentation skills
• Ability to manage a full-time caseload independently

Responsibilities

• Provide individual therapy sessions via telehealth
• Complete diagnostic assessments and clinical intakes
• Create structured treatment plans with measurable goals
• Document sessions accurately and within required timeframes
• Use evidence-based methods aligned with client needs
