About The Position

Nexus HR is looking for a part-time Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) / Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to deliver high-quality behavioral health services via a secure telehealth platform. About the Job The Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) / Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) will provide high-quality, accessible behavioral health services to underserved and underinsured communities. We are looking for clinicians who are not just experts in their field, but who are deeply committed to social equity and the well-being of those who often face barriers to care for a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. Pay Structure: This is a fee-for-service, per-patient compensation model. Payment is tied to the number of clinical sessions that are successfully completed and appropriately documented in accordance with organizational and compliance standards. Sliding Scale Awareness: We serve a diverse population with varied financial circumstances, including patients who receive services through a Sliding Fee Scale. Candidate must be comfortable practicing within an equitable care model that prioritizes high-quality, patient-centered services regardless of an individual’s ability to pay the full fee.

  • Financial Sensitivity: An understanding and supportive attitude toward non-profit fee structures, including sliding fee scales and community-based care models.
  • Strong clinical communication and documentation skills.
  • Comfort operating in a virtual care environment using HIPAA-compliant platforms.

  • Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary care teams to support integrated treatment approaches
