About The Position

The Telehealth Coordinator is responsible for supporting Provider Network processes and tasks, including but not limited to: service line scheduling, team scheduling, onboarding coordination, event planning, and other administrative support. The Telehealth Coordinator works closely with Provider Network Sr. Operations Coordinators, Service Line Leadership, and Virtual Care & Digital Health physician panels. Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education/experience.
  • 2 years of health care experience.
  • 2 years of related customer service experience in a healthcare environment.
  • 1 year of experience using Microsoft products.

Nice To Haves

  • 1 year of scheduling experience.
