Telehealth Board Certified Behavior Analyst Job Summary: The Telehealth Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) provides high quality ABA treatment, support and training to maximize progress for every client via telehealth. The job includes leadership and coordination of care between Registered Behavior Technicians and Behavior Technicians assigned to the team. The telehealth BCBA will work directly and indirectly, using ABA best practices for our clients, families and staff though development and supervision of individual treatment plans, behavior interventions, training of direct care staff and include areas of expertise to be shared with others (i.e., student supervision, research, training, specialized programming, behavioral challenges, etc.) The Telehealth BCBA provides services remotely as necessary to ensure clients and staff are supported across multiple center locations. A Telehealth BCBA must manage time effectively to ensure they are meeting the budgeted requirements of the position. Base salary of $90,000 per year with monthly bonus opportunities
