Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 5+ years of hands‑on experience in telecommunications, help desk, eVoIP, or video conferencing environments
  • U.S. citizenship
  • Must have, or be able to obtain, a Public Trust clearance

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshooting and resolving telecom, AV, and connectivity issues while adhering to government protocols
  • Setting up, operating, and breaking down courtroom and conference equipment (video, audio, displays, laptops)
  • Coordinating with district offices, courthouse technicians, and service providers to resolve issues quickly
  • Managing and tracking telecom and AV equipment inventory to minimize downtime
  • Programming and maintaining phone systems, including onboarding/offboarding users and managing T1/PRI lines
  • Supporting video conferences, virtual meetings, and cross‑district IT needs
  • Collaborating with IT teams to maintain and update eVoIP systems
  • Providing backup coverage for main phone lines
  • Supporting press conferences with full audio, video, recording, and streaming setups
  • Installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting cabling
  • Supporting special projects such as PC, network, and VoIP system refreshes
