Performs complex telecommunications work. Work involves installing, operating, diagnosing, and resolving voice, data, digital, wireless, and video telecommunications problems; and providing guidance to others. Works under general supervision with moderate latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment. This is a Career Ladder position. When filling the available positions, consideration will be given to the selected applicant’s education and experience. The Information Technology Division has only one System Support Specialist position available. Applicants need only submit one application for employment.
