About The Position
We are seeking a Telecommunications Project Manager to join our team in Columbia, MD! This position offers cutting-edge engineering solutions for communication companies, wireless carriers, and tower owners nationwide. The role involves project management duties alongside engineering responsibilities. Candidates should have in-depth knowledge of A&E engineering, including design review (AutoCAD Civil 3D), drafting, MACRO rooftop sites, structural engineering, structural analysis, TELCO D markings, deliverables, project plans, job setup, costs, labor, BOM, MOP, SOW, RFPs, PNL, etc. The day-to-day responsibilities include managing projects and clients as the primary point of contact, reviewing advanced engineering designs for completion and accuracy, ensuring quality control/quality assurance on all assigned projects, formulating and coordinating proposals, identifying and developing opportunities with clients, negotiating project scope changes, and managing financial aspects of projects. This position also includes managing a maximum of 4 direct reports. The role is expected to be hybrid, with 2 days in the Columbia office and 3 days remote, but the client is flexible. The workload will be 90% in the office and 10% in the field via site visits, with the first 2 weeks of training expected to be onsite if possible.
