About The Position
The Telecommunications Operator is responsible for efficiently receiving and dispatching a high volume of calls (250-350) for Kent Hospital and the MEDNET Answering Service. This role requires a genuine interest in meeting the needs of patients, visitors, and staff, while demonstrating the ability to work under pressure and adapt to schedule changes. Strong computer skills and excellent interpersonal abilities are essential for success in this position.
