About The Position
The Telecommunications Engineer is responsible for the development and maintenance of the Philadelphia Housing Authority's (PHA) telephone network. This role involves overseeing telephony integration and managing individual and departmental changes to the telephone systems within the Information Systems Management (ISM) Department. The engineer will ensure the effective performance and maximum uptime of the PHA telephone services while coordinating projects to integrate new technology and equipment.
