Requirements

• DoD SECRET or higher clearance
• High School or GED for Level 1
• AA or 2 year technical school for Level 2
• Bachelor's Degree for Level 3, 4, and 5
• 0 years of experience for Level 1
• 3 years of experience for Level 2
• 5 years of experience for Level 3
• 6 years of experience for Level 4
• 8 years of experience for Level 5

Responsibilities

• Translate objectives into actionable steps and ensure results meet scope, schedule, and quality expectations.
• Operate under close guidance (Level 1), handle assignments independently (Level 2), validate results and collaborate across teams (Level 2 and 3), work with broad autonomy (Level 4 and 5), mentor teammates, and resolve complex issues with minimal oversight (Level 4 and 5).
