About The Position
The position involves coordinating, implementing, and maintaining all Telecom inventory using carrier and vendor portals, as well as other available sources. The role requires routine reconciliation of voice and data inventory with other systems utilizing Tangoe, a third-party platform tool. The candidate will employ automated processes to identify and optimize cost avoidance opportunities and detect fraudulent and improper third-party billing of various regulatory and non-regulatory telecommunications billing. Responsibilities also include coordinating audit requirements and providing complex telecom procurement instruction and guidance with other IT Services departments. The position requires providing daily, monthly, and quarterly cost-saving reporting documentation and ensuring all audit source documentation is maintained in an orderly and functional manner. The candidate will initiate new processes and procedures for automated audit analysis and procurement of the telecommunications environment, ensuring accurate and appropriate billing processes.
