About The Position

The Telecommunications Assistant serves as a customer service ambassador to all Sibley stakeholders (staff, MD, patients and families) through demonstration of excellent customer service skills as outlined in Sibley's Circle of Excellence. The Telecommunications Assistant supports the daily operations and activity flow of the patient care area by performing administrative functions and acting as a central source of information for staff, physicians, patients, families and other departments. Consistently demonstrates strong organizational, communication and time management skills that help to facilitate a smooth functioning across the facility by operating all communications/answering service equipment.
