About The Position

The Account Executive role at Infinity involves representing a leading provider of private and secure telephone communications. Requirements

• 1 year of experience in a call center or sales environment.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Salesforce.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Ability to maintain broad knowledge of client products and services.
• Internet navigation and applications skills.
• Ability to think on the fly and transition to overcome customer objections.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Ability to analyze, interpret and address client needs.
• Ability to adapt and work in a fast-paced team environment.

Nice To Haves

• BPO/Contact Center/Call center/Sales Agency experience preferred.
• Business to Consumer (B2C) sales experience preferred.
