About The Position

Responsibilities

• Adapt to a large, complex, multi-system healthcare environment.
• Confer with both internal and external customers and manage expectations.
• Create and deliver Everbridge emergency notification system alerts.
• Create, modify, and validate information stored in Amtelco's Infinity On-Call Scheduler, InfoRad emergency group paging system, and USA Mobility pager database.
• Evaluate, document, and follow established procedures for all alarms in Johnson Controls fire alarm system.
• Create and distribute ServiceNow work order tickets, ensuring correct assignment between applications and support tickets.
• Answer internal and external calls to the main hospital number, providing assistance and direction as needed using switchboard and Cisco telephone equipment.
• Use an overhead paging system to make clear and concise announcements.
• Maintain current technical expertise in telecommunications and emergency notification systems.
• Work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays as necessary.
• Perform at or above the Information Services performance standards.
