Job Duties
This is primary boots on ground, need some telecom experience where they have done some analog and wiring. They are retiring Cisco and moving to C20 platform which no one has that experience so they will train folks on it. It would be helpful if they have phone experience and good working knowledge and building. They will be collapsing analogs. Understand ip subnetting. With VoIP solutions understands how ip works. Trying to troubleshoot broken phone and how working. Build in spreadsheets. They can train quickly on C20. Any phone system knowledge would be great. Analog not worried about knowledge and limits. This will be in Charlotte and traveling to other locations. Will unboxing phones, handset, plugging in and setting up.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of VOIP Phone experience
• Experience with Deployments & Reimaging hardware & network troubleshooting
• Hardware support like laptops, desktops, printer, mobile devices, handhelds scanners
