The primary role is to support and maintain BH's internal users and infrastructure. This includes providing application, Telecom, network, operating system, and hardware support to end-users on a variety of issues. The position requires responding to telephone calls, emails, and personal requests for technical support, as well as documenting, tracking, and monitoring issues to ensure timely resolution. Additionally, the role involves managing Moves, Adds, and Changes associated with the Voice Data infrastructure.
