About The Position
CTG is seeking an experienced Telecom OSS Solution Architect to lead enterprise transformation initiatives. This role requires deep telecom network expertise and hands-on OSS experience to design, integrate, and deliver complex enterprise solutions. The expected base salary for this position ranges from $115,000 to $125,000. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. Requirements
- Proven experience as a Telecom OSS Solution Architect.
- Deep understanding of telecom networks and enterprise-level systems.
- Track record of leading enterprise transformation programs.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Telecommunications, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

- Advanced degrees or relevant certifications are a plus.
