As a Telecom Field Coordinator, you will support all phases of utility construction for various types of telecom projects. You believe in doing the job right. Being the best. In addition, you will: Develop, maintain, and manage detailed project plans Drive your projects through all phases of construction, including scheduling, budgets, and resource management Complete job site walkouts and facilitate project meetings Meet deadlines as set by the customer while maintaining a high level of quality

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in the telecom wireline construction industry or related field
  • Ability to design and plan Aerial and Underground construction best practices
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and custom software adaptability
  • Proven ability to track, prioritize, and complete multiple projects simultaneously
  • Skilled at reading and interpreting coax and fiber design prints
  • Safety-focused mindset — safety is part of your day-to-day
  • Demonstrated track record of high-quality work completion
  • Hands-on problem solver who enjoys troubleshooting and field challenges
  • Seeks long-term projects and values team collaboration
  • Enjoys working outdoors and indoors with varied environments
  • Willingness to learn and grow in the telecom construction trade
  • Excellent teamwork, organization, and communication skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines and contribute effectively in a team environment

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Coax (Cable) and/or Fiber Optic preferred.
  • Familiarity with Charter plant preferred; equivalent experience welcomed
