RLM Underground seeks a highly skilled and experienced Fiber Splicer to manage the execution of fiber optic construction projects and splicing operations. As the Splicer, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of fiber optic networks, adhering to industry standards and project requirements. This role requires a strong understanding of fiber optic infrastructure, construction practices, and splicing techniques. You’ll need dependable transportation to get to the shop each day—once there, we’ll set you up with a bucket truck to use while traveling to and working at project sites.
