The Sr. Telecom Apps Software Engineer is responsible for the support and maintenance of applications used by contact center staff (applications that have a direct integration with the telecommunications architecture). The person in this role will be the technical lead for IT as well as being the subject matter expert for any business driven initiatives. The person serving this role will also be responsible for monitoring and troubleshooting systems for optimal performance.
